How the 22-Stage Filtration Process Works
Water entering the Alka75™ passes through a series of filtration stages, starting with sediment pre-filtration to remove particulates, followed by multiple stages of activated carbon filtration that reduce chlorine, chloramine, and chemical taste and odor. Specialized filtration media then targets harder-to-remove contaminants like lead and PFAS.
In the final stage, the water passes through a mineral chamber that restores calcium, magnesium, and potassium — raising the water's pH and giving it that clean, balanced alkaline profile, without electricity or ongoing maintenance beyond periodic filter changes.
